This transformative project, executed in conjunction with Invesis and leveraging BAM's expertise as the design and construction contractor alongside BAM FM's long-term facilities management, will deliver cutting-edge STEM and advanced learning facilities across five university campuses. Institutions poised to benefit include South East Technological University (Waterford and Carlow), Technological University of the Shannon (Limerick), and Atlantic Technological University (Letterkenny and Galway), receiving modern buildings ranging from specialised STEM and IT centres to contemporary libraries. For construction sector decision-makers, this project underscores the enduring viability of comprehensive PPP frameworks, demonstrating a robust blueprint for high-value, long-term asset creation and management, promising substantial socio-economic dividends across its extensive lifecycle.
