Evara receives planning permission for over 800 new homes in Adamstown

Evara has secured planning consent from South Dublin County Council for 877 new homes in Adamstown, Dublin, signalling a major expansion within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone. The €XXXm project, 'Adamstown Boulevard Phase 2', will comprise nine buildings, up to nine storeys high, offering a mix of apartments and duplexes, with a focus on one- and two-bedroom units. The development aims to enhance local connectivity through improved pedestrian access to Adamstown Train Station, set to benefit from the DART+ South West service. This project follows Evara's existing Adamstown developments, including the Adamstown Town Centre and The Crossings retail hub.
