Evara has secured planning consent from South Dublin County Council for 877 new homes in Adamstown, Dublin, signalling a major expansion within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone. The €XXXm project, 'Adamstown Boulevard Phase 2', will comprise nine buildings, up to nine storeys high, offering a mix of apartments and duplexes, with a focus on one- and two-bedroom units.
