LDA and IDA agree transfer of Cork site with potential for 1,000 homes

Ireland's Land Development Agency (LDA) has secured a 41-hectare site in Cork from IDA Ireland, with plans to construct 1,000 homes. The land, formerly earmarked for industrial use, has been rezoned for residential development following a Cork City Council review.
