Montana marked two years of statewide access to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library with a celebration hosted by First Lady Susan Gianforte's Treasure State Foundation. The initiative, providing free books to children under five, aims to bolster early childhood literacy. With 27,500 children enrolled, over 590,000 books have been dispatched across Montana since the programme's expansion in June 2023. The initiative underscores the increasing focus on early years education and its potential to improve educational outcomes, a trend of interest to construction firms involved in educational infrastructure projects. The programme's reliance on philanthropic funding highlights the potential role for private sector involvement in boosting educational attainment. Registration is open to all Montana families with children under five. Read More
