GRAHAM, operating under the Pagabo Major Works Framework, has marked a significant milestone with the completion of Phases One and Two of The Lakes Estate Renewal Project in Milton Keynes. This two-stage design and build contract represents a pioneering urban regeneration initiative for the city, aiming to deliver 183 high-quality, energy-efficient council homes alongside new parkland and commercial spaces. The initial handover comprises 22 properties across Burnmoor Close and A3, complemented by comprehensive soft and hard landscaping, integrated parking solutions, and EV charging infrastructure.
