Evara, Ireland's largest private homebuilder, has commenced a 395-home development at Heron's Lock, Clonburris SDZ, a move observed by Tánaiste Simon Harris, underscoring government commitment to leverage private sector delivery for national housing targets exceeding 50,000 units annually. Backed by TPG Real Estate (2024), Evara aims to boost annual output to 1,500 homes, acquiring land beyond its 7,000-home Dublin portfolio. Its role in the Adamstown SDZ, delivering market-rate, cost rental (Land Development Agency), and social housing (Clúid), positions Evara centrally within Ireland’s diverse housing provision landscape.
