Judged by an independent panel of 77 industry experts across 21 categories, the awards process recognised 183 shortlisted entries, signalling a robust benchmark for excellence. Gallaway Construction emerged as a significant exemplar, sweeping multiple corporate awards for its proactive strategies, including Excellence in Outreach, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year, and Next Generation Employer of the Year. This comprehensive recognition highlights a holistic approach to fostering an inclusive workplace and pipeline. Renee Preston, an employee of Gallaway, further distinguished the firm by securing two individual accolades: Inspirational Leader – Contractor and STEM Champion, reflecting effective leadership in critical areas.
